You can now reserve your booth space for the 2025 MS Pecan Festival. Booth spaces for arts and craft vendors may be reserved below.
Vendor spots are $150 each.
Electricity is an additional $40 if you need this option.

Vendor Booth Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled to have you as a part of our Fall Festival! Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully:
Refunds
Refunds for vendor booths are available until September 1. After this date, all sales are final, and we cannot offer any refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation and planning of the event. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to participating in our festival.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your vendor booth reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. After September 1, no refunds will be issued. However, we can offer the option to transfer your booth fee to secure a spot at next year's event. Please note that this transfer must be approved by the festival organizers.
